AN ETERNAL FAMILY!!!
'HOLINESS TO THE LORD, THE HOUSE OF THE LORD'
Us just before going into the temple to become an ETERNAL FAMILY!! The best day of my life!!!
Draper Utah Temple!
We made it, it's happening, I can't believe it!
Masen Loves to give kisses.
On January 4th, 2011, John, Masen, and I went to the Draper Utah LDS Temple to be sealed together as an eternal family. It was such an amazing ceremony. It has been a long time coming, but COMPLETELY worth the wait. Maybe the reason it took time is so that we would better appreciate and enjoy the whole evening.
I want to say thank you to all my family and friends that came to the temple that night, it really meant a lot to John and I to have you all there and give us your love and support.
I love being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and enjoy all the wonderful blessings that come from being such.
More pictures to come of the dessert get together from after the temple. I have to get them from Caty.

Our Four Christmas'
We had our little family Christmas on Christmas Eve and then had Christmas with Johns parents and siblings who live out here in Missouri. When we got to Utah we had Christmas with my parents, and then we had one more at my Aunt Carolyn and Eileens' house. Enjoy the Pictures. They are not in any specific order...
Snowman salt and pepper shakers.
Masens' Rocking chair that Grandma Gainer and Auntie Caty got for him. I will get pictures of the finished project when I get some. They are painting it and putting Monkey stencil on it.

Christams Eve
We did Christmas eve for us on the 23rd, since we were going out to Johns' parents house on Christmas eve night and staying the night. It was fun, and I really enjoyed celebrating the Christmas season as an individual family.
For Christmas eve we read out of the scriptures the story of Christs birth and then opened one present to represent the 1st gift of Christmas. Masen and I got Jammies and John got new Socks.
Masen Helpin Daddy open his present.
Decorating the Tree
Masen had a blast helping Daddy decorate the Christmas tree. He didn't quite understand how to put the ornaments on, so he just pilled them all into one spot on the tree as Daddy tried to keep up with him.
I think I put on about 5 ornaments...
You can't really tell but our tree was lighted with BLUE and PINK lights. Next year we hope to have new lights.
The Finished Tree.
